Opened my account 2 days ago, on the right track or below average?

I don’t have a personal TikTok where I post myself, this is a gaming related account for a popular Resident Evil Character. He’s trending a lot & my fave so figured I’d be motivated to keep posting. On my 1st day, I did the promote feature for less than a day on 1 post, got a few followers but all bots. I’m getting more engagement organically but not much still. After 2 days, I have: 22 followers, highest video at 1.2k views, over 100 likes & 20+ favorites on the video. My first day is when all my posts got attention, yesterday was a ghost town & midnight today is when 2 new videos trended better. One at over 800 views & another at a little less than 200. Both were favorited & liked too but I feel like I’m not good at being a content creator. 8 public videos & videos that got no attention were made private instead of deleting. I’m using relevant hashtags, trying different times & spacing out videos but no luck.
