Video stuck in X2

Was editing a video with photos and funny sounds when I realized the video I had didn’t match with the small window preview, almost as if it was in 2X speed. The audio (etc) was also in 2x speed. Actually almost like it was 4x speed. No matter which account I switch too, even updating TikTok it hasnt fixed the matter. I am a small niche creator with a decent following with followers who expect content from me. This is incredibly frustrating. The speed dials are all in 1X, I haven’t messed with anything so what is happening?
