TikTok live bug?

My mom has two different accounts running on two phones, for some reason her main account doesn't show any live from her favorite people she follows, but on the account they show up.

Here are some points to consider:

1- no restrictions on her account whatsoever

2- she can join live ONLY if shared to her, searching would yield nothing.

3- i tried reinstalling the same phone and installing on a different phone, nothing worked.

4- she can join other lives of other random people and other followings

5- she's not muted by any creator as sometimes she can join their live, but once leaving she can never find it again
