What’s with the “Don’t search ___ I saw straight buns/corn” comments?

I don’t use TikTok a lot and I get it’s some sort of engagement bait but who writes these and for what purpose? Do actually humans take time to write these dumb comments on every single post or is it bots? How does it affect them? Is it something TikTok does to keep people on their app and into a rabbit hole of searching something? How do they get so many likes then?
