Open a ticket and tell them you’re getting 0 FYP reach and provide a screenshot of this. Reply promptly to them, if they don’t reply for 2+ days.. OPEN A NEW TICKET! Pester them and force them to review your account to restore access!!

THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! I have been getting 0 FYP reach and have been unable to add to story for about a week now so this is really helpful. 🙏

I created a tiktok account that has a roughly six to eight week life span to raise awareness and donations for a local kid cancer non-profit. I had a video going viral (for me 5k) and then suddenly all videos stopped getting veiws. I check my account status and I had no issue. Because of this post I sent two tickets asking for an account review and got a generic advice to update app. See image.

It is a little disheartening to have to spend time pestering an IA support to fix this issue.

I will be honest here this is my first time creating content on tiktok. Maybe I just really suck at it but the IA is really good at telling me that this is my fault for not knowing my audience and need to make better vidoes.

I pray for the mental health of content creators and people who rely on this media for income because this feels like a black mirror episode.

If they don’t resolve it like I showed on my second image, send another ticket! Don’t let them tell you it’s just a bug! Keep pushing and telling them you are getting 0 FYP push!

I’ve gotten this response twice now. Should I keep bothering them until they acknowledge the issue?
