I can’t post thoughts. The bubble is gone.

Ever since my account got back. Which is about 2 weeks ago. I’m not able to post any thoughts. The bubble is gone. Even when I go into thoughts archive, the option to post there is even gone. I don’t know what to do. I’ve rebooted my phone and updated the app even. What can I do!??
