I've been having the same 0 view, no story reshare, no appeal option in sight issue as many others have. After FINALLY having a non automated response, they say this... What now? Should I keep reaching out?

i came here to post about the same issue! i’ve been stuck in the 0 view jail and my views have been getting literally no traffic from fyp. i have no idea what to do.
I just submitted a ticket for the same thing. Ask them why they can’t fix it? It is affecting everyone and it happened to me after updating the app 🥹
