Question about my account settings / age verification

I have two Tik Tok accounts and one of them just got age restricted a few days ago because Tik Tok didn’t believe I‘m an adult (I‘m 28 y/o). I had to verify my age by credit card and a few hours later I received a message that the verification was successful and I have full access to all tools again. But now just three days later I received a notification from Tik Tok that Live won’t be available to my account until I verify my age …? If I klick on the notification, it just leads me to the „create a post“ section. I‘m very confused.

I read several posts here and watched a video about the age verification on Tik Tok but if I go to the settings > profile > profile information it only shows my mailing address, there is no „birthday“ setting.

I would like to verify my age on my 2nd account too, so it doesn’t get age restricted out of nowhere but how can I do it if there is no „birthday“ section in my account settings? Where can I see if my main account is age verified and how to stop that notifications about not being able to go live?
