Tiktok content with worldwide reach

Hello folks. So, I'm trying hard to reach global customers for my product via Tik Tok. Created product videos plus paid tiktok ads. However, it looks like most of them are reaching my own country leading to minimal sales. I'm gutted as I've spent endless nights to produce videos for my product plus.

Is there any way to funnel my content to countries who are most likely to adopt the product such as the US and European countries. I can't afford to create another Tik Tok account as my current account is tied to my product name. Many thanks.
