I don't get "Post to Story" button on chat streaks

Whenever i get a new streak badge or i want to post streak from streak pet i don't get post to story button. I switched my phone 1 week ago, and still same problem so i know at least it's not a phone problem but what then?? On some story's when i'm tagged about streak, i can't always repost the story. Thanks for any aid!!
