Comments I make are not visible to others. But Account Check says I am fine. And Account Status says I am fine. What is happening?

So I have created an account 5 days ago and have been using it.

There is only 3 comments which are visible to other people. All my other comments are not visible to my other account.

Do you know what is happening and how to fix it. Every account check or account status says i am fine.
