People will tongue punch law enforcement fart boxes and say "you know what they meant" but our legal system is carefully worded and laws aren't written based on inferences. How bout the dillbillies™ who get paid to enforce our laws have more than a month of training and half a brain?

It's not a crime to be coy or a smart ass and our resources shouldn't be continually tied up by thin skinned lil bitches with badges.
