Chicken farms suck but the light stuff is made up. I live in the Yukon where it’s sunny 24/7 in the summer. The sun doesn’t set. The chickens still sleep at night unless someone with a German accent is running around their pen yelling.

Those chickens are pulling out their Feathers ! From Stress and Boredom. Overfeed so much they can hardly walk, they lean forward as they walk. their Brest are abnormally bigger. From Steroids? Or something, I've seen this at most chicken farms !

Hate to see them like this. It’s really sad to see. Also, they aren’t freaking slaves.

We really should stop breeding broiler chickens. I don’t think it’s right.

I’m not against eating meat, before anyone attacks me, I’m against factory farming and breeding genetically fucked up animals.

I agree to 99%. Whilst we all should strive to be as vegan as possible I understand that it’s hard to give up meat. Eating less meat is still helping a lot! Eating vegetarian instead of vegan is still helping a lot! The more vegan the better, but eating less meat is still helping! And we need all the help we can get in this fight!

We all should eat less meat. We have no respect for food, people regularly throw away good food because they don't feel like eating it because it's so cheap.

If that chicken cost £15, no one is throwing it away.

Reduce the factory farms, increase the price.

It's not about eating meat or not. It's about factory farming.

No one is a completely ethical consumer. No one.

Your clothes. Your shoes. The camera equipment used to make this video. The materials that make up your house. Cars. Buses. Food.

All of these things involve shady business practices somewhere along the manufacturing chain.

Everyone has to decide what things matter most and prioritize those things for themselves. Trying to be a completely ethical consumer will drive you absolutely insane and drain your bank account in a way most people cannot afford.

Changing the way these products are manufactured is the only realistic way to ease human and animal suffering. We need to change laws, not denigrate people. That doesn’t work. It’s never worked. It will never work.
