I'm building a bootstrapped EdTech SaaS. My biggest challenge is growing an audience and getting my first customers without spending much money. I'm also trying to publish short-form videos consistently, but editing in CapCut is taking far too long.

My questions:

I've been using Autovirality to automate slideshows / carousels for TikTok and Instagram. It has templates, workflows and posting all built in so literally don't have to use anything else. Only problem I'm having is that I'm not based in the US so TikTok isn't recommending anything there. Trying to figure out how to set up a VPN or something but not sure

I would not start by trying to “scale content.” I would start by narrowing the audience.

For EdTech, “students” or “teachers” is too broad. Pick one clear segment, one painful problem, and build all content around that.

Batch everything. Write 20 hooks, record 20 clips, use one caption style, one template, and repurpose each video into a post, blog section, email, or Reddit answer.

The tool matters less than the system. CapCut, Descript, Canva, VEED, or OpusClip can all work, but the real time saver is not editing every video like it is a new project.

I would separate the strategy bottleneck from the editing bottleneck. Before looking for a faster editor, choose one narrow audience and one promise for the videos, then define two or three repeatable series. That makes it much easier to batch because you are not inventing a new concept every time.

A simple workflow is to keep a running list of questions from prospects or users, turn ten of them into short outlines, record all ten in one session, and edit them from the same caption and opening-hook templates. Keep a few clean versions of the raw footage so one recording can become a short video, a text post, and an email section. I would measure qualified conversations, email signups, or trial starts rather than views alone. If a format gets attention but no useful next step, it may be efficient content that is still not helping acquisition.

Skip CapCut for bulk. Use Opus Clip or similar to auto-cut long-form content into shorts — one recording session gets you 5-10 clips. Then set a strict brand template so you're only reviewing, not editing. Acquisition-wise, I'd spend the time on Twitter writing detailed threads about one metric you moved or one bug you fixed. That's how I got my first 200 users free.

I stopped trying to make every video from scratch. The biggest improvement came from building a repeatable workflow instead of finding a "better CapCut." Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
