How does the "participating in this activity could result in you or others getting hurt" warning works?

Seriously, the warning is sometimes a little weird and honestly stupid.

My tiktok is filled mostly with motorcycle stuff (before anyone calls me out, not biketok, I don't watch shirtless guys with a helmet on jerking around their bikes), there are moments that made me question the warning. Sometimes there are videos of bikes (mostly sportbikes) running down a road and the video has the warning, when there is nothing really dangerous in the video, most of them wear proper gear as well. While wheelie tutorials (which ARE dangerous) aren't flagged with this warning ffs.

Another time, sometimes animal stuff crosses through my Tiktok although not often, I remember a video of an exotic pet guy showing off his ball pythons, which are (from what ik) small, non-venomous snakes commonly kept as pets, and it was flagged with the dangerous activity warning. But another time I saw these macho bravado guys swimming with really big crocodiles (or some similar animal, alligator or whatever) and it wasn't flagged with the warning. How's that?

Idk but sometimes if you're recording with an Iphone and the video was weirdly long it got flagged as "this video has AI generated content" lol
