Low views and no add to story option

My (work) account started doing well recently, with engagement and views up for certain content types.

But a couple days ago, a post I made only got less than 20 views. The day following that, I made another post and I don’t have the “add to story” feature for new posts anymore and the views are even lower.

Followers don’t have the “add to story” feature for the new post as well (checked it on my personal account).

Engagement also disappeared for all other previous posts that have been gaining traction recently.

TikTok did remove a post I made 3 weeks ago, but I’ve made many posts since then that didn’t have an issue. And as I said, engagement was actually going up.

I’ve checked my account status and it’s all good. I’ve made a report already, but haven’t received any response.

I’m not sure what the issue is and how to resolve it.
