why cant i promote my music through paying ?

my songs are uploaded to platforms and it shows up on tiktok, my friend did the same thing and he has had no problems playing for promo and it going through. im not a business account and neither is my friend, each time ive tried to do it it makes me change the audio. why does his work and not mine ?
