After 2-3 months of no traffic from the Fyp, after days of pestering, this is the answer I get. I have NEVER done any of this. I have put all my energy and effort into growing this account into my own little niche page. 3 years of content all down the drain. I’m so disappointed and sad that I no longer have the motivation to keep posting anymore.

Posting content is a joyous experience for me. Especially when you have followers who enjoy your posts and interact with them. This is utterly ridiculous and straight up BS. I don’t understand how or why they EVEN got the idea that I would use improper methods to grow my audience. I’m so done with this app
It’s possible that someone else who doesn’t like you or is jealous of your page did it on purpose to get you restricted. I’m sorry this happened :(
This happened to me about 3 days ago, I pestered them (very heavily), and they reinstated my account today. I recommend to keep opening tickets and pushing them. If you get a bot to reply, just open a new one!
Side note: This has been happening to my account since May, just got it fixed today
I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. I’ve been stuck with 0% FYP since March despite having zero violations. I’ve opened countless tickets and reached out through the online form multiple times, but I never get past the automated AI replies or tickets just being closed without any resolution. I’ve seen many others receive that same bs explanation you did. At this point, I consider my account cooked, but it would be nice to get some actual transparency from a platform of this size
