Video not available for some reason (maybe location-related?)

Sorry if this has been asked before, I had trouble finding any information!

I'm a social media manager, and our video editor says our latest video isn’t showing up for him on TikTok. It works for me (from both the brand account and my own). A couple other colleagues checked, and they can see it.

The only thing I can think of is that he's based in the UK, while the rest of us are in the US? But this hasn't happened before so I'm not sure.
