Comment section on tiktok started to get flagged?

on a lot of videos I see on tiktok most comments dont appear in the comment section anymore. I get a weird message instead and when I dismiss it half of the comments dont show up, if they do its mostly really new comments or js bots. It was nornal yesterday but changed today, is it a new update?
