I know this was posted many times, but how do I avoid auto compression when uploading?

My edits and videos keep compressing to 540p 30fps. It looks terrible, and putting the effort doesn’t seem worth it anymore. I just want 1080p 60fps. Is there an actual way to avoid it? I see lots of videos posting at a crispy 1080p at 60fps
