What’s the most frustrating part of managing an influencer campaign?
Influencer campaigns often look straightforward from the outside: find creators, agree on the content, and wait for the posts.
But once a campaign starts, the operational work adds up quickly:
- Tracking who confirmed
- Following up on agreements and deadlines
- Checking whether deliverables match the brief
- Collecting post links, screenshots, and metrics
- Monitoring payments
- Turning everything into a clear client report
For me, the difficult part isn’t always finding creators. It’s keeping the campaign organized after they’ve been selected, especially when everything is scattered across spreadsheets, email, and DMs.
