Tbf, most of these have good evolutionary reasons:

• Pubic hair protects your genitals, and also protects you from chaffing. It's also why you have hair on your pits, it blocks chaffing. (And it's why women's deodorant is usually more powdery- since they're expected to shave, their deodorant is designed to add the chaffing protection, while men's deodorant us usually more gel-like, to slip between the hairs). Pubic and pit hair also holds pheromones.

• Menstruation protects the woman and fetus. If you reabsorb the uterine lining, you can reabsorb any problems it has, which can cause problems for you. If you eject it, you can start fresh every month.

• Testicles hang outside the body to keep them cool. Elephants are one of the few mammals whose testicles are inside their body because their balls would get hotter out in the savannah sun than inside their body (and because plenty of savannah predators like to target balls, since it's usually a fatal attack).

• Evolution wants to exert the least amount of energy doing things (because it's lazy), so making the immune system just stab everything ends up being more efficient than making the immune system smarter and more precise.

Obviously there's a reason for everything, mainly that it would be worse any other way. This reminds me of how it sounds when you're an expert at something and some uneducated person tries to tell you the "obvious" things you should do differently in your job.
