Why is my video doing so bad?

I’ve been posting on an account for just under 2 weeks now and have around 160 followers. A post I made 2 days ago was performing super well, with 25% fully watched, 7 new followers and lots of likes and comments etc. but it dropped super quick and I’m confused as to why since my analytics were doing so well.
