My account is gone for being "underage" but I am literally 19...I want to cry.

I've had my account since 2022. I got a pop up saying my account was going to be gone by 8/17 for being underage...ive never had this issue before. I try to do the verification via with the face scanner, but it wouldn't work. I close out the app and reopen it and now my account is gone entirely...I'm not at home right now and idk what to do...what do I do?!?!😭 this is my art/fandom account. I can't lose it...i dont want to start over...
