It is, unfortunately, extremely hard to gain any viewership on TikTok, and even if you get the views, it's not promised that the likes will boost it. Getting views is just one part of it you also have to worry about catching people's attention. There are so many creators on this app constantly pumping out work. If you can't post three times a day and continuously, consistently interact with TikTok at all times, you are considered pretty much useless. A lot of people are sitting at those low views or the "200-view jail." TikTok is a grinding app now. you cannot casually post on there you will be met with nothing. With rage bait, AI, and a lot of other things going on on there, it leaves almost no room for smaller creators to build any kind of community. You have to work 10 times as hard in this year to gain a following in a community than you had to work two years ago, because you need to stand out and you need to do it 24/7—if you don't, you get nothing.
