Tiktok private DMs blocked

yesterday i got age restricted and all my DMs got blocked. I was able to appeal the restriction because i am over 16 and used my ID, and my group chat DMs work now but when i try to DM privately this is what pops up…does anyone know how to fix this or if it will be fixed? i have contacted support three times and have heard nothing back.
