No connecting messege making me unable to use app?

Whenever I open tiktok is says I have no internet and nothing will load despite always being conencted to wifi. I've tried and uninstalin it, using it on another devise and clearing my cache but I'm not sure what the issue is and I've never had this issue before.

I'm not sure if I've been baned (I'm not sure why that word is flagged) or something which would be impossible because I've never posted anything and I'm on a private account.
