TikTok ads are completely useless now

Has anyone else had a problem with TikTok ads lately? I used to spend 8$ and receive at least 1k likes. My content hasn’t changed one bit, but now I get maybe 100 likes through promote. Anyone else had this issue is it tiktok or something I’m doing wrong
