Tiktok suggesting inappropriate accounts

I've had this problem since the start of this year, but every time I search something the "users" tab always suggest accounts that post and repost EXTREMELY inappropriate content. Either it's their (re)post or their username/pfp. By now i've reported at least 50 accounts, most if not all coming back with no results.

I've been losing my mind and have tried everything to remove this but it keeps showing back up. It's not even on my fyp it's exclusively when I search something up. Is there a way I can get rid of this?
