Got this message today I appealed and it was rejected for some reason now when I try to appeal again it keeps saying network issue as well when I try to edit my profile is my account doomed please tell me what I can do

Appealing is pretty much your only option, provide as much proof you are you as possible, maybe even make a video and spell out your TikTok username in the video and let them know.
