Restricted messages

Hey guys,

So basically my account was temporarily restricted from sending and receiving direct messages. The system notification stated that the restriction would end on 2026-07-18 at 07:00:03 PDT. It is now July 20 in my time zone, but I am still unable to send or receive direct messages. I've already contacted Tiktok support multiple times.

I have already waited past the expiration time, restarted the app, and checked my account, but the restriction is still active. Do y'all have any tips how to fix this or have idea what the problem is?
