What is this?

I found this a couple weeks ago on my fyp, all of the videos have little to no views and all of the videos (including the account itself) seem to have been made within a single day. All of the videos are weird distorted pictures of watches overlayed on top of other pictures I cant make out. None of the videos have any sound, either. What is this?
