Viral tiktok

Tiktok is so dumb sometimes I swear. I see time and time again creators post a video, it gets 3 likes. They post the exact same video a week later, 60 likes, post the exact video a week later, goes absolutely viral. Why are we not just deleting and reposting every single video over and over and over again until it goes viral? Instead of posting a one- three or more videos every single day hoping they reach the right audience?
