Stuck on 2.0 speed!

To start I do want to say yes I looked up the issue and I have tried everything recommended. Ok now onto the issue I was watching TikTok like normal with my in headphones in but when I took them off Bluetooth my feed is like stuck on that 2.0 sped up mousy like sound with every video! When I hold the videos down it says they are playing at 1.0 but the sounds not a match and even when I slowed it to 0.5 it was still really fast. I refreshed a few times with no luck and even closed out the app and restarted it and no luck, if anyone might have any ideas I’d be so grateful <3
