idk what to do omg i’m going crazy

please guys i just lost two of my accounts RANDOMLY, like i got kicked out for NO REASON, and one of them i HAVE the password but even if i try to recover with just the password this fucking dumb app keeps asking me to use the email WICH I LOST omd, and the other i just lost both passwords and email and when i tried to do the “ask a friend to verify” metod (wich i just discovered it existed) it says “sorry something went wrong!” LIKE OMG WHAT I DO THEN??? and don’t let me start with that dumb ai support like BRO STOP SPAMMING WITH “😊” AND TELL ME WHAT TO DOOOO😭😭😭
