Not popping up on friends share list and TikTok won’t do anything.

I’ve had this issue for months and I’m starting to think there’s no fix. Whenever my friends try to send me TikToks, I don’t appear in their suggested share list, even though we send videos back and forth all the time. Instead, they have to tap the magnifying glass or search icon and manually search for my username every single time. I’ve contacted them yet never get a solution. Has anyone gone through this or know how to fix?
