After emailing the customer service email as per u/No_Peak3824, this is what I get. Heck I even sent them all the relevant screenshots, including my appeal on the restrictions on my account.

Yeah they really need to hire an overseas team if they want "foreigners" on the platform. Seems like internal systems for legitimate scrutiny are broken but no one's reporting it upstream.
I had the same response. If their platform was replying to people, I wouldn't even be emailing them. My account has been locked since March and no response despite their customer service telling me they will update me
Is your account banned or restricted? If its simply restricted it might work if you unlink your number and make a delete your account and make a new one with same number and everything.
Don’t give up. I stopped waiting and filed a complaint with my local privacy regulator. Shortly afterward, they responded to my case and changed my verification from passport + facial recognition to a CAPTCHA, restoring my account. It worked for me.
