does tiktok stop pushing videos if you get hit with a warning?

i averaged 10k views now i can barely hit 2k it feels like they stopped pushing my stuff, even to my followers(which i have 10k)

it was a false warning to i could’ve appealed but i panicked and ended up removing it.
