tiktok desktop app isnt letting me log in it keeps saying internal server error and it doesnt play any videos even when i refresh

ive been having this problem for over a month and tiktok isnt trying anything to fix it when i email them they'll just say wait 24 hours and i wait those 24 hours and i still cant log in i even cleared cache too is anyone else going through this or am i the only one
