it’s not something you “fix” because there’s nothing wrong with the algorithm. every social media platform uses geolocation, which means your content is initially distributed locally (as well as to your followers at least on instagram)
if that’s the audience you have it’s because of that and because your content appeals to them. if you want to reach a global audience you first have to get past that threshold by generating shares and reshares
From what I've seen, your location is only one signal. TikTok also looks at the language you use, your captions, hashtags, and who engages with your videos first. If you want a global audience, make your videos in English, use English captions, and focus on topics people anywhere can relate to. It also helps to post when your target audience is awake.
Don't expect it to change overnight, but if your content starts getting engagement from other countries, TikTok will usually show it to more people there too.
you probably don't need a new account yet. first i would test whether the content itself gives tiktok a reason to push it outside the first local pool.
use english captions/on-screen text, avoid local-only references in the hook, and make the first 2 seconds understandable without sound. also try posting a few clips built around globally searchable topics, not just general lifestyle content.
if you are making lots of variants, tools like Videotok or CapCut templates can help, but the main thing is packaging the idea so a non-iranian viewer instantly gets why they should keep watching.
