Is there anyway to get a few followers without uploading?

So I have 7 followers on Titcok and I wanna get like 50 but I don't wanna upload anything cuz the only people who follow are people I know and I just wanna get a few more like even 20. So is this possible?

just follow a bunch of random accounts and some will follow back. it's slow but it works if you're not trying to post anything. also throw a decent pfp and bio up so you don't look like a bot account.
