Can’t make account without number anymore

Already have an old account with my phone number attached and no matter what email I use to make a new account it insists on needing a phone number (yet won’t let me put mine in since it’s already in use)

Any alternatives or solutions to making an account? Won’t let me try on browser either so I’m just triple cooked
