Since a month i am almost consistently posting on Tiktok. At least 1 video a day, sometimes more. My videos get views ranging from 200-1k and sometimes even more. Currently i have 202 followers, but that isnt really growing. In this month i gained around 20 followers.
Also right now my video of today has after 1 hour not even 30 views. Has anyone tips on this these things?

Consistency is good but try improving your hooks and giving people a reason to follow. Tik Tok sometimes pushes video later so don't judge too quickly after 1 hour. Keep testing.
At 200 to 1,000 views, I would look at follower conversion before worrying about one unusually slow first hour. Open your last 15 to 20 posts and group them by topic and format. Which three generated the most profile visits, follows, saves or comments, rather than just views?
Then check whether a new viewer can immediately tell what they will consistently get by following you. A clear recurring promise often converts better than unrelated daily posts. Try turning the strongest topic into a five-part series, use the same recognisable opening structure, and end with a specific reason to follow for the next part.
Also compare retention on the first two seconds. If people are leaving immediately, shorten the setup and show the result or tension first. Judge the test across several posts, not today’s first hour.
I’d start by looking at the videos that got the most likes, comments and engagement from your current followers and see what they have in common. Then try creating more content around those same topics or formats instead of always trying something completely new.
I’d also try creating simple series! For example, Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 around the same topic. It gives people a reason to follow because they want to see what comes next.
And don’t worry too much about one video having only 30 views after an hour. I’d focus more on finding the type of content your audience already seems to enjoy and build from there!
