How do I fix this?

Wasn't sure where to post this because there are a dozen tiktok subreddits... but I have no idea how to fix this! Back in 2021 I was 15 and went on a livestream without knowing there was an age limit. Back then the age limit was 16, not 18, so I decided to wait and try to appeal then... but the age limit changed again! I am now 20 but still unable to fix this. Is there even any way to?
