Got rid of all of my following, still showing that I’m following some people. How to fix?

I wanted to make an old account anonymous/wipe it clean, so I unfollowed any accounts I previously was. However, when I was at the end, I realized I still had 166. When I went to check, it showed 0. I tried clearing my cache, but it didn’t work. Is there a way to make it accurately show 0?
