Trying to find a tiktok to show my wife

It's kind of crass, but I'll try to explain what I remember. It's really bugging me that I can't find it.

Its like this video of a dystopian future where there's no more shoe shine guy and instead there's a dude in the mall giving public tuggies and he has a new york accent. At the beginning he's like you shoulda seen the hog on that guy. And then he gives the customer a tuggy to the beat of we will rock you or something. And then at the end he's trying to get him to upgrade to the special lotion and the customer says yes and he's like "good guy".
