Uhh…TikTok AI personally insults me on every vid?!

I’m deadass so serious. You know the little search suggestion that pops up on the bottom of your TikTok a little while after you post? Yeah, multiple times now has the AI insulted me or had something low key offensive as the search suggestion. Here are three different times it happened:

  1. I’m a nail tech. I posted a photo slideshow of nails I’ve done on myself. The search suggestion said “lying nail tech”. This was the first time it happened. I was so shocked like wtf I work so hard on my nails, I do very detailed nail art. I asked my boyfriend to check from his account to see if it pops up in blue at the top of the comments as a suggested search for viewers and it freaking did!!! I was so angry because TikTok gave me a bad look to potential clientele.

  2. I posted some mom content, I have two very little boys and I posted a funny little clip of both my toddler and baby “attacking” me and one of the hashtags I put on it was #boymom. A little after posting the search suggestion said “boy mom weird” 😑 okay that one I wasn’t as offended by because a lot of boy moms really are weird, plus it was a casual video so I didn’t care as much but wtf.

  3. Today I posted a short lil b-roll video of an outfit video I took, with the trend caption from CapCut “post yourself, be cringe, live your life, they’re gonna judge you anyway” and I used variations of #midsizefashion for that one and the suggested search is “40 year old woman outfits” 😭 IM 27!!! And not to toot my own horn but I deadass look exactly the same as I did at 17 like no one ever believes me when I tell them I’m 27 with two kids everyone thinks I’m fresh out of high school 😭

Why tf does TikTok hate me?! 🤣🤣🤣 but seriously, anyway I can get rid of those suggested searches when they pop up? The lying nail tech one is the one that seriously bothered me. The others were whatever but weird. Or has anyone else experienced this?
