EVERY comment i post has hidden replies

I dont get it, my comments are completely normal and never get hidden. but when there is a reply, i dont see it and dont get notified.

I can see it says «1 reply» but when i press to view there is nothing. Every time i change accounts, the replies are visable. Every. single. time.

I have no clue what causes this constant hidden replies
