Someone I blocked is still able to send me messages and see my profile

i blocked a user just to recevive a text from that person anyway. I run a test with sone friends to check that out: the first person was also able to still see my profile and send me texts, while the block actually worked on the second one.

Another detail: both my first friend and the blocked person are from Indonesia (idk if it's a local glitch or just a coincidence).

Any idea on why that's happening? What can I do about it?
